I know, I know- there are many doctors who say coffee is not good for you. Well I tried not drinking it, and my migraines became so intolerable that I would sometimes have to go the emergency room. So I started drinking it again, and the proof is in the pudding for me. Once I had a severe migraine while being at someone else’s home, I asked them for coffee and they gave me another brand. It didn’t help at all, so when I got home I made my Maxwell House. within ten minutes the migraine started to ease and the nausea a vomiting stops, so I know what I have to do for relief. I am in no way telling anyone else that this will work for them, just thought I would share that I is what I do, and it works for me!!!

If coffee helps your migraines, I totally support the pain relief! Actually, caffeine is in many medications for migraines. I only wish I liked coffee…so I drink green tea instead and it helps most of the time!
I have been drinking Maxwell House Master Blend since 1990. excedrin migraine has it in it. Green tea is nice also.
That’s super interesting! I wonder why that is? P.S. Love the new layout of your blog!
Caffeine is the kicker, but I don’t know why other brands don’t help. So I just stick with my Maxwell House. The Master Blend is very smooth and doesn’t cause upset stomach, no matter the amount you drink. It’s just my favorite. The layout, thanks still looking for the best way to make it easy to read.
I’ll have to give Maxwell house a try! Glad to see youre doing good!
