I know, I know- there are many doctors who say coffee is not good for you. Well I tried not drinking it, and my migraines became so intolerable that I would sometimes have to go the emergency room. So I started drinking it again, and the proof is in the pudding for me. Once I had a severe migraine while being at someone else’s home, I asked them for coffee and they gave me another brand.  It didn’t help at all, so when I got home I made my Maxwell House. within ten minutes the migraine started to ease and the nausea a vomiting stops, so I know what I have to do for relief. I am in no way telling anyone else that this will work for them, just thought I would share that I is what I do, and it works for me!!!

  1. If coffee helps your migraines, I totally support the pain relief! Actually, caffeine is in many medications for migraines. I only wish I liked coffee…so I drink green tea instead and it helps most of the time!

  2. That’s super interesting! I wonder why that is? P.S. Love the new layout of your blog!
